RECIPES OF THE TIRAMISU

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert typically made from ladyfinger pastries, espresso cofe and mascarpone cheese. The name "Tiramisu" means "pick-me-up," and this recipe certainly will. Here's how to make Tiramisu that will make your guests' mouths water. I have a 3 ways to make Tiramisu. The ingredient are 6 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 pound mascarpone cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled, 2 teaspoons dark rum, 24 ladyfingers, and 1/2 cup cocoa powder.

The firstly preparation of components is make the cheese mixture. In a large mixing bowl, place the egg yolks, sugar, cheese and vanilla. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to beat the ingredients until you have a smooth, creamy, fluffy concoction. Add a tablespoon of espresso and continue beating until it is thoroughly incorporated.

Secondly, Combine the espresso and rum. Put the remaining espresso and rum in a small bowl. Stir to combine them. If you wish, you can also add a teaspoon of kalua to the mixture. Soak the ladyfingers. Unwrap the ladyfingers from their packaging. One by one, dip them into the espresso mixture to soak them. Turn them over to make sure all sides are saturated. Place the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a large glass baking dish or casserole dish. Continue soaking ladyfingers and lining the bottom of the dish until it is completely covered.

Thirdly, assemble the Tiramisu. Add a layer of the cheese mixture. Spoon half of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers. Use a spatula to spread the cheese mixture evenly across the ladyfingers, all the way to the edges of the baking dish. Then, sprinkle the layer with cocoa. Use about half of the cocoa to sprinkle the cheese layer. Then, make another layer of ladyfingers. Soak each ladyfinger and place it on top of the cheese layer. Keep soaking ladyfingers and adding them to the dish until you have created a solid layer of ladyfingers. Next, make another layer of the cheese mixture. Spoon the remaining cheese mixture on the top layer of ladyfingers. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the dish.

The last way is finish the Tiramisu. Refrigerate the tiramisu. Cover the assembled tiramisu with a sheet of plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld for about 2 hours, or overnight. Then, garnish the tiramisu. Remove the tiramisu from the refrigerator and discard the plastic wrap. Sprinkle the remaining cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisu. If you prefer, you can garnish the tiramisu with chocolate shavings or small chocolate chips. And last of the last, serve the tiramisu. Cut the tiramisu into square serving portions and serve it on dessert plates with hot coffee. The Tiramisu can be eat now.

MY FAVOURITE TEACHER

A teacher is the one who is known as the base of our future or we can say teacher is the one who shows or teaches us the path of life. Mr. Saifulnizam is my favourite teacher. He is a brilliant tutor. He has the wonderful ability of being able to motivate students in a down-to-earth way. He is a very understanding teacher.

He treats students like friends, understands them and solves their problems in the best possible and easiest way. He never shouts. He always remains calm. He is very helpful. A student can ask any question any time. Queries never irritate him, and he answers them very politely. I owe him lot of gratitude for finding my writing and grammar skills, of which I always felt I never had the ability to do, and improve my communication skills.

When I was in class ninth, I was very weak in English. After giving my exams, I decided to improve my English. I met Mr. Saifulnizam. I was very nervous. He gave me the confidence to realise that I could make something out of myself. He detected my strengths and weaknesses and suggested me ways to improve and work further on my writing, grammar and communication skill. The greatest thing I learned from him is that I could do it; a voice to believe in myself.

Mr. Saifulnizam has no greed. He always gives his full time to the students. When I first arrived to commence on course, I was too young and lacked confidence and motivation. Fortunately, Mr. Saifulnizam was there and he did a wonderful job: he is intelligent, respectful, honest and very friendly indeed.

HOW TO MAKE A COMPOST

Making and using compost is the cornerstone of organic gardening if you want to 'Grow Your Own', there's no better place to start.

The finished product is rich, dark, crumbly and sweet smelling. It is made of recycled garden and kitchen waste, and can also include paper products. It is used to feed and condition the soil and in making potting mixes. Around 40 per cent of the average dustbin contents are suitable for home-composting so it helps cut down on landfill too. Making compost is often considered to be complex but all you need to do is provide the right ingredients and let nature do the rest? However, a little know-how will help you make better compost, more efficiently.

Where do you make your compost? There are a variety of bins on the market but they are all just a container for the composting process. A bin is not strictly necessary? You can just build a heap and cover it over with some polythene or cardboard. However, bins do look neater and are easier to manage. The ideal compost bin are easily accessible, has no gaps in the sides and may be insulated with cardboard or straw, and has a lid or cover. You also must placed the compost in a sunny or semi-shaded position, on the directly on the soil or turf and also away from water-courses.

What can you composed? Anything that was once living will compost, but some items are best avoided examples like meat, dairy and cooked food can attract vermin and should not be home-composted. Then, For best results, use a mixture of types of ingredient. The right balance is something learnt by experience, but a rough guide is to use equal amounts by volume of greens and browns. Although, Some things, like grass mowings and soft young weeds, rot quickly. They work as 'activators', getting the composting started, but on their own will decay to a smelly mess. Next, the older and tougher plant material is slower to rot but gives body to the finished compost, and usually makes up the bulk of a compost heap. Woody items decay very slowly; they are best chopped or shredded first, where appropriate.

How do you make my compost? You can make compost simply by adding compostable items to a compost heap when you feel like it. It will all compost eventually but may take a long time and if the mix is unbalanced, may not produce a very pleasant end product. With a little extra attention you could improve things dramatically. If you want to produce more compost in a short time, and are able to put more effort into it.

When is it ready? Compost can be made in as little as six to eight weeks, or, more usually, it can take a year or more. In general, the more effort you put in, the quicker you will get compost. When the ingredients you have put in your container have turned into a dark brown, earthy smelling material, the composting process is complete. It is then best left for a month or two to 'mature' before it is used. Don't worry if your compost is not fine and crumbly. Even if it is lumpy, sticky or stringy, with bits of twig and eggshell still obvious, it is quite usable. It can be sieved before using if you prefer. Any large bits can be added back into your new compost heap.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY

Nowadays, money is very important to our daily life. We need money to buy food and to pay our bills. In this modern world, most of the things that we want, material or otherwise, can be obtained in exchange for money. Without money, one's life can become a misery.

It is thus not surprising to find that many people place money making as their top priority in life. This attitude is fine as long as they remember that there are other facets of life in which money is not required. Quite often money cannot buy these things at all. Take for example, one's health: money can buy the best medical care available, but if free basic attention has not been paid to one's health which is allowed to deteriorate, there will come a time when no money in the world can return one to good health. I, for one, prefer to be healthy than rich.

Nevertheless, we do need money. So it is wise for every able-bodied person to do some sort of work so that he or she can be paid for the work done. Subsequently, he or she can spend the money buying necessary things.

I suppose that the work can exchange for money practice works well in general. However for some people, the lure of money becomes overwhelming. Greed blinds them and they spend their whole life pursuing money. The methods employed in this pursuit are not subject to any law or reason. As long as they make profit, they will do it even though they might hurt themselves and make enemies in the process. Time and again we hear stories of people caught up with this money-madness. The millionaire who dies of starvation, the miser who would rather freeze than spend some money on heating, the woman who stuffs her money inside her mattresses only to lose it all in a fire the list is endless. All these are examples of people who have allowed money to be the most important thing in their lives. They started out trying to make a living. They ended up forgetting to live.

Most people that I have met lament about money, or rather, the lack of it. They are always trying to make ends meet. There is always an unsettled bill to pay. It seems to me that this situation occurs because diese people are always living beyond their means. They must buy another car, another house, a larger TV set, the latest cell phone, etc. To remain in debt becomes the vogue. Keeping up with die Society is a very real social disease of our times. It keeps the people slogging all their lives. It keeps the banks and manufacturers happy.
Then there are people who want money but indulge in foul means to acquire it. We have con-men, thieves, kidnappers and gangsters operating in the midst of society. Sometimes these felons are caught and punished, but they will never be eliminated completely. This is because our very societal structure produces these criminals. We are all taught from young to pursue money. We grow up feeling that we must have money, and how shameful it is to be poor. So we learn to make money. Some of us learn skills and knowledge, thus enabling them to make money honestly. Some of us, either due to a lack of ability or unforeseen circumstances, employ socially unacceptable means of accumulating money.

In conclusion,  I would say that virtually every adult is after money making in some form or the other, be it earning an honest living or getting money from the point of a gun, it is the degree of the social acceptability of effort that is exerted to obtain money that varies from person to person. Each person has his or her choice to make and use money wisely, or to let money become his master.

TIPS ON HOW TO EXCEL IN EXAMINATION SEASON

The examination season during each semester is very stressful for students. We have to sacrifice simple pleasure like shopping, listening to music and even taking naps in order to pass or success the examination with flying colours. Some of us succeed, but some may just get by. Here are some tips to do well in examinations.

The thing is of utmost importance for every student is consistency. We should need to revise whatever we are taught daily. This will help us to retain what we have studied better. Consistent studying and revising will prevent us from missing out important details.

We should also have a proper study environment. Peace and quiet environment will enable us to concentrate better and thus, absorb what we learn faster. In an environment where there are many interruptions, we will find ourselves sidetracked often as our minds are not completely focused on what we are supposed to do. Therefore, we should try to stay away from distraction such as the television or computer.

Besides that, a good way to maintain good grades is by joining a study group. In a study group, we will be able to share our knowledge with others and clear our doubts on problematic issue at the same time. By asking our peers in our study group for opinions, we will able to see things from a different perspective.

Lastly, we should refrain from studying at the eleventh hour. Last minute preparations should be avoided at all cost as they might contribute towards a mental blackout. An overload of information within a short period of time can be detrimental. In addition, last minute preparations can cause unwanted pressure resulting in stress as we feel that we have missed out important points.

The conclusion is if we know the right techniques and apply them where necessary, we will definitely ace our examinations. If what we need to know is at our fingertips, we can stride into the examination hall with confidence and score distinctions with ease.

BENEFITS OF RECYCLING

If you switch on your television, you are most likely to see advertisements which encourage you to recycle. What does recycling mean? Recycling refers to the process of transforming waste material into useable resources. In other words, recycling means collecting used materials which would normally be thrown away. These materials are then processed into a new products. Most of the item you use each day such as paper, glass, plastic, and aluminium can be recycled. Everyone should recycle because there are many benefits of recycling.

Firstly, recycling can reduces the air pollution. When you recycle paper, glass, plastic and aluminium, you are actually decreasing the demand of new products made from these materials. As a result, factories will reduce manufacturing these products. When fewer products are manufactured, the amount of toxic released into the air is subsequently reduced. Therefore, air pollution is lessened.

Secondly, recycling saves landfill space. Rubbish you discard is taken to landfills where it is either buried or incinerated. So, if you consistently throw rubbish, there would not be enough space left at landfills. However, if you recycle the rubbish, the amount of rubbish will gradually be reduced. This will inevitably save landfills space.

Thirdly, recycling can conserves the natural resources. This is because it can reduces the need for raw materials. For example, if you recycle paper, you do not have to cut down the trees. If you recycle aluminium tins, you will reduce the need for mining tin ore. So, natural resources are protected and used sparingly.

Finally, recycling can saves energy. It takes more energy to create something from scratch than to recycle it. For instance, it takes more energy to produce paper than to recycle it. Energy saving is very important because it is one way to reduce the effects of global warming.

In conclusion, recycling is a good way to protect our environment. So, we must play important to get start recycling.
